Embassy Bank’s leadership team places safety and well being of its team members and customers as a top priority. We have been monitoring the rise in COVID-19 cases and have determined that for the health of our community, effective January 4, 2021, our offices conduct all in-person customer transactions by drive-up (in-office by appointment only) until further notice.
Drive-ups will remain open during our regular banking hours for your convenience.
ATMs and Night Drops are available 24/7. You may also wish to get cash back when making a purchase at your grocery store or at a service-charge free local ATM, such as those at WAWA stores.
By appointment is available for more involved banking transactions, such as accessing your safe deposit box or a loan settlement. Please contact us to arrange an appointment so we can safely serve you during our regular business hours.
Online & Mobile Banking are available 24/7/365 for your convenience. You can check balances, transfer funds, view recent transactions and pay bills. Our mobile banking app allows you to make deposits anytime and anywhere for added convenience.
We will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation. You can always check our COVID Updates page for the most current information about the bank.
Thank you for being our customer, and for the continued understanding and patience you have shown us this year through such uncertain and ever-changing times.
Stay safe. Stay healthy. We will get through this together.

A message from the PA Department of Banking and Securities for ways to be safe from opportunists who will try and take advantage of them during major events such as the current COVID-19 situation:
"Consumers should be on alert for increased fraud during major events such as the outbreak of COVID-19," said Acting Secretary Richard Vague. "Scams are becoming increasingly more sophisticated and scam artists are taking advantage of people, making every attempt to separate you from your hard-earned money."
Cybercriminals like to take advantage of incidents such as the coronavirus threat to entice people to click on phishing emails and conduct social engineering attacks. Cybercriminals may send malware‐laced emails with attachments and links to websites that can harvest your private information and passwords to exploit your personal and corporate accounts. It is important to remain diligent in reviewing emails to ensure they are safe.
