At Embassy Bank, the Personal Banker position brings together the full scope of traditional teller and platform responsibilities, while going a step further. In addition to assisting with daily transactions, opening accounts, and providing customer guidance, Personal Bankers also process consumer, home equity, and mortgage refinance loans. What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building relationships, assisting with inquiries, and identifying appropriate banking solutions.
- Perform a full range of teller and platform transactions, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and daily operational tasks.
- Open and maintain customer accounts, support electronic banking services, and assist with debit card and safe deposit box services.
- Process consumer, home equity, and mortgage refinance loans, providing accurate information and guiding customers through the lending process.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while using sound judgment in daily decision-making.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in community outreach and branch initiatives that support the bank’s mission.
