We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telephone Operator/Deposit Operations/Electronic Banking Representative. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication across departments and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls made to Embassy Bank’s customer service line and internal calls to the Deposit Operations & Electronic Banking Departments in a prompt and professional manner to assist with the following:

• Account inquiries
• Online Banking and all applicable online services and product assistance
• Debit Card issues such as travel alerts, problem resolution and Card Valet
• Telephone Banking Assistance (VRU)
• Call fielding for all departments within Embassy Bank
• Maintain accurate electronic records by scanning and organizing bank documents.

Other Responsibilities

• Assisting online banking/bill pay customers
• New Account Review
• Research Requests
• Open and distribute interoffice mail
• Log and print each address change processed
• Process and review all of Embassy Bank returned mail
• Review customers who use e-statements and code accounts accordingly
• Send customer correspondence to update/change addresses
• Maintain address change reports and log to CIP address tracker

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Banking/Call Center background preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Able to work on a rotating Saturday schedule – 8:45 to noon
• Able to work on a rotating Friday Evening schedule until 6:00 pm
