Embassy Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert W. Lepley to Vice President of Business Banking.
A seasoned commercial banking professional with more than 16 years of experience, Lepley brings extensive industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to supporting businesses throughout the Lehigh Valley. A resident of the Lehigh Valley since 1994, he earned his bachelor’s degree from DeSales University and has built his career around helping local businesses grow through customized financial solutions and long-term banking relationships.
Lepley is also deeply involved in the community, serving as an Ambassador for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, a Committee Member for Family Promise of the Lehigh Valley, an Advisory Board Member for DeSales University, and a 4th-Degree Knight of Columbus. He also serves on the Planning Commission for Hellertown.
His dedication to both banking and community service has earned him several honors, including the “Hero Award” from Family Promise of the Lehigh Valley.
In his new role, Lepley will focus on expanding Embassy Bank’s commercial relationships, delivering personalized lending solutions, and supporting the continued economic growth of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding communities.
