We’re thrilled to announce that Jeffrey Skumin has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley, effective December 31, 2025.
Jeff has been a key part of our leadership team since 2020, serving as Executive Vice President of Finance and guiding our financial operations with expertise and vision. His leadership has played a major role in our growth and success.
Before joining Embassy, Jeff spent 19 years as a CPA and audit partner for a national accounting firm, working closely with community banks. He later served as Chief Accounting Officer for a large regional bank, bringing deep industry experience to our team.
A lifelong Lehigh Valley resident and Muhlenberg College graduate, Jeff is committed to both banking excellence and community involvement. As our Chairman, President, and CEO David Lobach said: “Jeff’s extensive experience and proven leadership make him an outstanding choice for CFO.”
