Mike Macy

A lifelong Lehigh Valley resident, Mike is a 36-year veteran of community business banking with most of that time as a key member of the community business banking unit at Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley where he now leads the team as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending.

While Mike is familiar with all geographic and business sectors of the Lehigh Valley,his family roots run particularly deep in the Nazareth area where his father served the community as the Borough of Nazareth’s Chief of Police. Mike’s own passion for service is evident in his history of helping to build stronger communities through the principles and practice of true community banking.

In addition to multiple community engagements and volunteer positions, Mike is proud member of the Nazareth Area High School alumni network. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Moravian College and is also a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending at Bucknell University.

Desty Bonstein

A member of the original team of local community banking professionals who have been with Embassy Bank since its founding in 2001, Desty is a lifelong Lehigh Valley resident and she currently serves as Senior Vice President, Private Banking.

With a range of offerings that span the full spectrum of consumer and business financial management products, Desty exemplifies the ease and efficiency with which Embassy provides personalized single-source banking to fulfill the needs of private banking customers.

In the community, Desty has volunteered with multiple non-profit organizations and is an active member of the Allentown Rotary Club and the Pennsylvania Rivers Chapter of the American Red Cross.

She graduated from Northampton Community College with a degree in Banking and Financial Support Services.

Mike Lahanas

A tireless advocate for his home community, Mike has more than 35 years of experience in community business banking, many of these with Embassy Bank of the Lehigh Valley where he currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Lending.

Shortly after graduating college in 1984, Mike pursued banking as a profession with opportunities to build both his career and his local community.  He has been a leading voice for multiple quality-of-life initiatives in the Lehigh Valley and a mainstay of the Embassy Business Solutions team for more than 17 years.

In the community, Mike has been an active events volunteer, youth mentor and coach for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley for nearly three decades. He has served in the same capacities for the Parkland Youth Center for more than 25 years.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State University.

Brian Sabol

Brian has served the financial needs of business banking customers across a wide range of industries with over 25 years of banking experience. Throughout a successful career in banking, he has taken a collaborative approach to lending—getting to know each business personally and helping owners reach their goals through tailored financial solutions.

A native of the Lehigh Valley, Brian enjoys spending free time with his wife and three children, playing golf, and enjoying the outdoors. He has also been an active volunteer with several nonprofit organizations and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites.

Joellen Repsher

A longtime Lehigh Valley resident, Joellen has more than 26 years of experience in community business banking and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial Services at Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley.

Joellen has significant expertise in the important specialty of Municipal and Government Banking and has been instrumental in all aspects of branch management and internal operations at Embassy Bank since its founding in 2001.

John Andronis

With lifelong roots in the Lehigh Valley, John brings more than 30 years of community business banking experience to his post as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley.

Having previously worked for two other local banks, John found that the Embassy Bank approach to commercial lending was more in tune with his belief in what the mission of a true community bank should be.  Greater loan flexibility, lower fees and taking the time to truly understand and meet each individual business’ needs are attributes that John sees as strong value points separating Embassy from other local institutions.

In the community, John serves as an advocate for individuals with disabilities.  He is also an active member on the Board of Trustees for his church.

John is a proud graduate of William Allen High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.

Gary Guthrie

A longtime resident of the Lehigh Valley, Gary has more than 20 years in multiple aspects of the financial services industry, with the most recent of those specializing in community business banking as Vice President of Commercial Lending with Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley.

While he is familiar with all regions of the Lehigh Valley, Gary’s primary focus is on serving businesses based in two of the fastest-growing sectors of Pennsylvania, Upper and Lower Macungie townships, as well as the Emmaus regional community. In Gary’s experience, Embassy’s ability to provide responsive service and prompt loan turnaround have proven instrumental in enabling more local businesspeople to capitalize on opportunities in this fast-paced geographic area.

In the community, Gary is an active Board member of the Emmaus Rotary Club. He also serves on the Board and is Treasurer of JuxtaHub, formerly known as the Emmaus Creative Arts and Innovation Center.

Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree from DeSales University.

Mark Haldaman

Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Mark brings more than 19 years of experience in community business banking to his role as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley.

His unique consultative approach serves to simplify the complexities of the commercial loan process, allowing customers to focus on the day-to-day priorities of running their business.

In the community, Mark currently serves as President of the Easton Business Association, Youth Chair for the Easton Rotary Club, and past Chair of the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce.  He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DeSales University.

Adrienne Kwiatek-Holub

With over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, Adrienne brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a deep commitment to the Lehigh Valley community.

A native of the Lehigh Valley, Adrienne earned her bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College, and her MBA from Lehigh University. Throughout her career, she has been a passionate advocate for local businesses and a dedicated community leader.

Adrienne is a former President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Lehigh Valley and currently serves on the Legacy and Inclusion Committees.  She is actively involved in several nonprofit boards and is known for her enthusiastic support of youth programs as a proud “Band Parent” and “Scout Mom.”

Her professional and community contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including the SUITS Award from Equi-librium Inc., and recognition as a 2024 Women of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business.  She has written articles that have been featured in Network Magazine and Lehigh Valley Business.

Brian Ladley

Brian is a native of Montgomery County and has called the Lehigh Valley home for more than 5 years. He brings over two decades of banking industry experience to the Embassy Team.

Earlier in his career, Brian worked for several larger corporate banks before transitioning to more community-focused institutions. He believes strongly that community banking is more aligned with his own lending approach and professional goals. Brian genuinely enjoys getting to know his clients on both a business level and a personal level, and feels this relationship allows him to pinpoint how to best serve his clients’ borrowing needs.

Prior to returning to his Pennsylvania roots, Brian and his family spent nearly 15 years living in the Georgia and the Carolinas. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys travel with his wife, two sons and two dogs.

Bryan Lobach

Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Bryan has over two decades of experience in varied sectors of the banking industry with 15 of those years dedicated exclusively to community business banking, most recently as Vice President of Business Development at Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley.

Communication is the key to fostering successful relationships and Bryan’s person-to-person communication skills have proven essential in connecting growth-focused Lehigh Valley business owners and managers with the benefits of Embassy’s ever-expanding array of business solutions, including leading edge tools and technologies equal to those of national financial institutions.

In the community, Bryan coaches girls soccer for the Upper Milford Youth Association and volunteers with the programs of The Neighborhood Center in inner city Allentown.  He is also a member of the Allentown West Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI) and the Executive Forum of the Lehigh Valley.

Cathy Yost

A lifelong loyalist to her Lehigh Valley family roots, Cathy brings over four decades of experience in banking with much of her career dedicated to community business banking in her current role as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley.

Having previously worked at other local financial institutions, Cathy chose Embassy for her professional “home” because of the customer caring, employee respect and traditional American values which are fundamental to the Embassy Bank culture.   Embassy lenders are also empowered by a streamlined service structure which allows for more responsive service and flexibility in the delivery of lending decisions and business solutions for customers.

In the community, Cathy is an active member of CREW Lehigh Valley which is dedicated to advancing the success of women in all aspects of the commercial real estate profession.

Cathy is a proud graduate of Northampton Area High School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from DeSales University and an MBA/Finance degree from Lehigh University.

Mireille Makhoul

Calling the Lehigh Valley home since the age of nine, Mireille transitioned from a career of customer service in the retail industry into the banking profession more than eight years ago and currently serves as a Business Solutions Representative with Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley.

Prior to joining the Embassy team, Mireille worked for a national bank, gaining experience in varied functions including consumer loan facilitation, concierge-level customer services, and new hire training.  She chose to further her banking career with Embassy because the bank’s culture was consistent with her own passion for providing excellence in every aspect of the customer experience.

In the community, Mireille has pursued opportunities to help non-profits focused on two causes close to her heart: championing the rights of children, and food and housing stability.

Mireille is a proud graduate of Dieruff High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College.  She is also fluent in Arabic and holds professional licensures in PA Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities.

Jessmik Wright

Raised in the Lehigh Valley and proud to call it home, Jessmik is passionate about supporting the businesses that drive our community. As a Business Solutions Representative at Embassy Bank, she works with local business owners to understand their needs and connects them with tailored solutions, from payment processing and remote deposit to cash management and fraud protection tools.
Jessmik’s goal is to make banking simple and effective while building strong, lasting relationships. By focusing on service and solutions, she helps our clients feel confident in managing their finances so they can focus on growing their business.
