Mr. Bill’s Poultry is a family-owned specialty butcher shop located in the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market. Founded by Bill Steele in 1992, the business has deep roots in the community and a rich history of dedication to quality poultry products.
Bill’s journey in the industry began at just 13 years old when he worked at Dan’s Poultry Market, the very stand he would later purchase. Over the years, the business has grown from a small operation to a thriving family-run enterprise employing 20 people, including Bill’s children and son-in-law. Today, ownership has transitioned to his son, Michael, ensuring that Mr. Bill’s Poultry continues its legacy for generations to come.
