1. The categories of transactions for which a fee may be imposed are those by any of the following means: check, in-person withdrawal, or other
electronic means. One NSF return item fee may be charged per item on consumer accounts. Business accounts may incur additional NSF return item
fees for re-presentments. Refer to your Account Terms and Conditions for further information about overdraft and NSF return item fees.
2. Overdraft Protection advances from a line of credit accrue interest from the date each advance is made. See your line of credit agreement for
details.
3. No EBLV fees for withdrawals made from an out-of-network Automated Teller Machine (ATM). Certain transaction fees may be imposed by the
ATM’s host bank.
4. EBLV does not charge a convenience fee for international transactions; however, if you initiate a transaction with your ATM or Debit card in a
currency other than US Dollars, Mastercard will convert the charge into a US Dollar amount. The Mastercard currency conversion procedure is based
on rates observed in the wholesale market or, where applicable, on government-mandated rates, and is set at their sole discretion.
