Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley, EOE/AA, has an opening for a full-time Business Solutions Support Specialist at our main office in Bethlehem, PA. The position requires knowledge of business banking products and services designed for business customers including, but not limited to, Merchant Card Processing, Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay.
Candidates must enjoy working with people and provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to the Bank’s business customers, exceeding customers’ expectations! Knowledge of operating systems and Internet Browsers, proficiency in Microsoft Office required along with strong Excel skills. Responsible for using and understanding multiple systems to support incoming customer requests and client service calls, providing demonstrations and online WebEx/Teams product training for clients. Candidate must be flexible and adapt to changing technology. Candidate will be responsible for file review along with maintaining and updating customer files. Must be able to multitask and remain organized while working under minimal supervision.

Each day, you will form lasting relationships with your customers and your team while performing a wide variety of retail banking functions including cash handling, customer service, new accounts, consumer lending and so much more.
Candidates should possess banking and/or cash handling experience, a strong multi-tasking aptitude, and positive people-person social skills. Being available weekdays and Saturdays is a must, along with the capability to work at any of our conveniently located Lehigh Valley offices.
