Timely access to your banking information has never been more important. That’s why we’ve enhanced your ability to access the information you need to manage your finances quickly and easily.
Our new Digital Banking platform gives you the ability to receive up-to-date account information quickly and conveniently via push, SMS/text message and email notifications. Alerts are customizable so you can receive the information you want, when you want it. Some examples of available notifications include:
To manage your alerts, simply log into Online or Mobile Banking to modify your Settings. This helpful article will guide you in setting up controls: Setting Up Alerts & Notifications
Keeping track of your finances is important, but not everyone wants to log onto a website or app every day. Setting up alerts and notifications allows you to stay on top of important changes to your account balances. Now, with more frequent reporting, you’ll be able to see those changes closer to when they occur.
Current users of our alert & push notifications feature who are receiving once-daily transmissions will now be sent information regularly throughout the day, giving you access to your account activity even sooner.
CardValet app users may receive a notification from that app for a specific transaction and a receive a separate notification from Digital Banking (for instance, you may have a CardValet notification set for a transaction over a certain dollar amount, while Digital Banking might alert you to a low balance in your checking account due to that same transaction). Please modify your alert settings to suit your preferences.
