Lehigh Valley Business names the 2023 Power List for Banking and Finance

We are pleased to announce that our Chairman, President & CEO, David M. Lobach, Jr. was named as part of the 2023 Lehigh Valley Business’ Power List for Banking and Finance.

Lobach has served as president and CEO Officer since 2008 and 2001, respectively, and chairman since 2009. He is a co-founder of the Bank.  

He began his banking career in 1971. Previously, Lobach held leadership positions with Ambassador Bank and First Valley Bank. Lobach was the youngest member and vice chairman of the board of directors of Eastern States BankCard Association, Visa Division, representing community banks.   

He has taught and assisted various banking and business programs at area colleges and universities, including Lehigh, Dickinson and Rutgers. In honor of his late parents, David and Faye Lobach, he has personally funded numerous scholarships for Lehigh Valley students who were seeking business education. 

Lobach has volunteered his time to support the community he so strongly believes in.  He has served the Lehigh Valley as a volunteer on the following boards and organizations:  Lehigh Valley Community Foundation, Junior Achievement (past Chairman), Boys and Girls Club, United Way, Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, State Theater, Lehigh County Community College, Pennsylvania Bankers Education Committee, Wellness Community (founding director), The Seed Farm.  He has served on the board of St. Luke’s University Hospital Network, and he is their past Chairman.
