Embassy Bank Digital Banking Solution FAQ’S FOR Digital Insight Conversion
Embassy Bank has upgraded to a new online and mobile banking platform to provide our customers with a more powerful and robust experience with innovative new features and tools.
The new Digital Banking Solution will be available on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 8:00 a.m.

Yes, just like today, there is an app for personal and business.
No, you do not need to re-enroll; however, there are some steps you will need to take to access your information.
Please note: If you have not previously used online banking or have not logged in within the last 18 months, you will need to go through the enrollment process.
You can access online banking and your accounts on a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, or other internet-accessible device.
Please note: You will NOT be able to access the website via old/stored bookmarks.
There are a few steps you will need to take to access your accounts for the first time.
1. For Personal users you will keep your current username. If your current username does not meet the new credential requirements, you will be prompted to update your information to meet these requirements. We will also mail additional information, which will include your temporary password, so please be on the lookout for that communication. If you are enrolling to use Embassy Bank’s Digital Banking Solution for the first time, you will need to click “Online Banking Enrollment” and complete the registration fields using the username and password requirements below.
2. For Business users, shortly before the go live date of August 8, 2022, you will receive two emails. One email will confirm your existing username, the other email will contain your temporary password.

4. Choose your phone number or email address to receive a one-time verification access code.
Please note: the phone number or email address entered needs to match the information we have on file. If it does not, we can easily finalize your first login with you.
Enter your one-time access code received either by text, call or email. You will then have the option to register your computer and browser allowing you to skip the one-time verification process in the future on that device.
Two-Factor Authentication is a security measure that allows you to request a one-time access code to log into online banking. The code enhances security by creating an added layer on top of your unique username and password. This security process helps to verify you and better protect your credentials and the accounts you can access.
No. The security questions have been replaced by the new method of Two-Factor Authentication.
No. After receiving the confirmation code, you can save time by registering your device you are using. Click the “Yes, register my private device” button if you do not want to receive a confirmation code or phone call each time you log in. If you prefer to input a confirmation code with each login, no additional action is needed.
Two-Factor authentication uses a unique one-time access code to verify identity and log on to online banking. If you are unable receive text (SMS) messages, you can choose to receive your access code via a phone call or email.
Please note: The phone number MUST match our records for the additional security layer to work correctly.
Yes, most Bill Pay information, including payees and payment history, will convert to the new system. You will not need to re-enter this information. eBills are an exception to this migration process and will need to be re-established after our new system is live. Bill payments that are scheduled before August 3, 2022, will be paid as scheduled, however you will be unable to schedule any new payments, modify existing payments or check the status of any payments during the transition timeframe, August 3 through August 8, 2022.
For added peace of mind, you may want to print a list of your payees, including payment amounts and due dates, so you can easily verify them in the new system.
Active bill payment accounts will be automatically transferred and do not need to be set up again.
Yes. All existing scheduled “internal” transfers in the previous online banking system have been moved to the new system and will remain in effect.
No. Any “external transfers” will need to be set up within the new Digital Banking Solution. External transfers are available on Consumer accounts only.
You can make transfers between your Embassy Bank account and other financial institutions once an external transfer account has been verified.
No. You will need to set up alerts via online banking through the website. Alerts cannot be set up via the mobile app.
Please note: In the new Digital Banking Solution, you will automatically be set up to receive account alerts. You can modify by following the above steps.
Yes, all nicknames will be converted over to the new system.
No, any closed accounts will NOT be migrated to the new system. If you require any information from a closed account, you may look at your prior statements which will migrate to the new platform or contact us at onlinesupport@embassybank.com.
Yes, they will transfer. For added peace of mind, you may want to print a list of your templates, so you can easily verify them in the new system.
No, your sub users will need to be reestablished in the new system. For instructions on how to add new sub users please click here.

Yes, you will still have access to Quicken/QuickBooks. However, please be sure to update your credentials with the new url for Embassy Bank’s new Digital Banking Solution. Please visit our Digital Banking Solutions Updates page for detailed instructions and additional information
