Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance for Qualified First-Time Buyers

Embassy Bank is proud to participate in the First Front Door (FFD) program to offer down payment and closing cost assistance to qualified first-time homebuyers.

For every $1 a homebuyer contributes toward their down payment or closing costs, FFD provides $3 in assistance (maximum $5,000).

FFD grant money is available on a first-come, first-served basis so don’t wait!

Applications begin on March 15, 2023.
